These terms apply when you order from Pizza Galleria ("we") through this website.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our area or we are closing. If we decline an order you have paid for online, you get a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST unless shown otherwise. Packaging and delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place the order. The amount on the checkout page is the amount you pay. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery times are estimates. Please give a correct address and a reachable phone number. For pickup and dine-in, collect your order when we mark it ready.
Food information
Veg, non-veg and egg marks are shown for every dish. If you have an allergy, call us before ordering; our kitchen handles common allergens such as milk, gluten and nuts.
